Review: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Yuukaku Hen 02 ~ 11

These episodes were about their fight against the demon in the entertainment district where they will fight against an Upper rank demon.

For the first episodes, I was a little worried that the series was trying to become a little easier to watch for kids since there are a lot of them that are fan of the series. However, the place that the arc was setting made it a little difficult for them to watch and later, when the fights started, I was relieve that they weren’t changing directions.

The first episodes were a little slow but as soon as the action started, it got a lot better.

The battles were pretty long, those demons are pretty hard to defeat, especially if it’s an Upper rank one. I can’t believe that they started the fights in episode 4. It lasted so long that probably all the characters of the arc had some screen time in the fights.

The fights were pretty good, and those guys were something between immortal and had infinite energy, especially Tanjiro.

The ending was good but I wished that they could have gave some more minutes to the after battle part.

Overall, this season was very good. I think they could made it as a movie like the Mugen Train arc (a very long movie though). The art, animation and music were as good as previous seasons and the voice acting was pretty good too, especially for the demon side (but for some moments, I found Daki/Ume’s voice a little annoying). It was pretty inevitable that the series will have a new season, so I’ll be looking forward to it. I’ll upgrade the series to the S Tier.
